Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access and use of our website https://spamslayer.it.com and related web checkout and account services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Maverix Agency OU ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms are not entered into with Apple, Inc., Google, Inc., or any other platform provider.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 if you reside in the European Union, to use the Services. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. The Services
Our website lets you learn about SpamSlayer, complete an onboarding quiz, purchase a Premium subscription through Stripe, and receive a link to install and activate Premium in the SpamSlayer iOS application (the "App"). The App itself is governed by separate terms available at https://spamslayer.it.com/terms/.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Premium subscription
A paid subscription ("Premium") unlocks full access to SpamSlayer on iPhone, including caller identification labels, call blocking, database sync, and related in-app features described at checkout.
3.2 Website checkout (Stripe)
If you subscribe on our website, payment is processed by Stripe according to the pricing and offer terms shown at checkout. Current introductory offer: $1.99 for the first weekly billing period, then $6.99 per week unless cancelled. Prices and offers may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
3.3 Cancellation
Deleting the App or closing the website does not cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends by contacting us at info@maverix.agency.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds are provided at our discretion and as required by applicable law. After a subscription period ends, we generally cannot refund charges for that period unless the law requires otherwise.
3.5 Linking web purchase to the App
After a successful web purchase, we provide a welcome page and/or install link containing a one-time activation token (app_link_token). You must install the App and complete activation before the token expires.
3.6 Price changes
We may change subscription fees with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to new fees, cancel before they take effect.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape content without permission, or misrepresent your identity or payment authorization.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use the website and complete checkout.
6–9. IP, Third Parties, Disclaimers, Liability
The Services and content are owned by the Company. Third parties include Stripe, Firebase, RevenueCat, and AppsFlyer. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR USD $50.
