Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Maverix Agency ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SpamSlayer: Caller ID & Block mobile application (the "App"), our website at spamslayer.it.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Who We Are
Data controller: Maverix Agency
Support email: info@maverix.agency
Website: https://spamslayer.it.com
2. What the App Does
SpamSlayer provides caller identification labels and optional call blocking on iPhone. The App works as follows:
- When you open the App and sync, it downloads an updated list of phone numbers and labels from our servers (or from bundled data when offline sync is used).
- The App stores that list locally on your device and in a shared App Group container used by our Call Directory Extension.
- Our Call Directory Extension loads the local list into iOS so matching incoming calls can display a label and numbers you block can be blocked by iOS.
- Identification and blocking happen on-device during a call. The extension does not make network requests during an incoming call.
- You must manually enable the Call Directory Extension in Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification.
- If you grant Contacts permission, the App reads contact names and phone numbers on your device to display them inside the App. This contact data stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Email address, if you purchase a subscription on our website or contact support.
- Payment information entered on our website is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Support messages and correspondence you send to us.
- Phone numbers you choose to block using the App's Protection features (stored locally on your device).
3.2 Contacts (optional permission)
If you grant access to Contacts, the App reads names and phone numbers from your address book on your device to show them in the Contacts tab and to help match blocked numbers with saved contacts. We process this information locally on your device. We do not upload your address book to our servers.
3.3 Account and authentication data
- If you subscribe on the web and install the App, we may create or link a Firebase account using a one-time token (
app_link_token). - We may collect device and install-matching signals for account linking, such as timezone, language, screen size, device pixel ratio, IP address, and user agent, when you use our install-claim flow.
3.4 Subscription and purchase data
- Subscription status, product identifiers (
com.maverix.SpamSlayer.weekly,com.maverix.SpamSlayer.annual), purchase and renewal events, and entitlement status. - Apple In-App Purchase transactions processed through the App Store.
- Web subscription transactions processed through Stripe.
- RevenueCat is used to manage Premium access across platforms.
3.5 App usage, analytics, and advertising data
- App version, device type, operating system version, language, and general diagnostic information.
- Sync activity, such as the version of the phone-number database stored on your device.
- Analytics and attribution data, including install source and campaign parameters, through AppsFlyer.
- With your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for attribution and marketing measurement.
- Firebase authentication, analytics, and crash or performance data, where enabled.
3.6 What we do not collect
- Contents of phone calls, voicemails, SMS, or iMessage.
- A system-wide log of who called you or when calls occurred. iOS does not provide this data to third-party apps.
- Your full contact list uploaded to our servers (Contacts access is optional and processed on-device only).

5. Call Directory Extension and On-Device Storage
Our App includes a Call Directory Extension with bundle identifier
com.maverix.NoCaller.CallDirectoryExtension. The main App (bundle identifier
com.maverix.NoCaller) and extension share data through the App Group
group.com.maverix.NoCaller. This shared storage contains the synced phone-number list,
blocked numbers you add, and related metadata needed for caller identification and blocking. The
extension does not use the internet directly.
